SKYWARS: TOWER DEFENSE

Skyward: Tower Defense is a prototype project I worked on for 8 months several years ago. Although it was my first game project to be 3D and experiment with different mechanics, it was an ambitious project that I managed to publish and share with others.

The main game mechanics of the game is the modular map randomization and the turret deployment system that allows you to maintain and oversee all units individually. This game focuses on strategy and resource management, two mechanics I never worked with before.

There are 40 waves with the last one being

PROCEDURAL MAP

I created a procedural map where on each play it looks different, encouraging the player to try different tactics and tackle new environmental challenges.

I am glad that this is what I accomplished as a first game made in 3D.  but I do not plan on working on this project anymore. I also made all the assets myself and focused on a low poly and optimized work. I do not plan to work on this project anymore…or am I?
